The late Kobe Bryant’s daughter Natalia Bryant, who is 19 years old, is requesting a restraining order against a man who is allegedly stalking her and has a criminal background involving firearms.
Bryant claimed that the man has been nagging her and might be armed; she expressed fear for her safety.
Dwayne Kemp, 32, has reportedly been attempting to get in touch with Bryant on social media for the past two years, starting when she was still a child, according to court filings.
Court records suggest Kemp is a gun aficionado who is in the process of purchasing a gun, and he has been found guilty of at least four offences, one of which involves firearms, according to TMZ. Kemp started communicating with Natalia Bryant two years ago, and according to TMZ, she claims he believes they are having a love relationship despite the fact that she claims to have never met him.
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department validated Kemp’s criminal background and expressed concern for Bryant’s welfare after learning that Kemp has been making a substantial effort to find Bryant.
Bryant said that she is constantly in fear when she asked for a restraining order in court on Monday. Bryant claims that Kemp, now 32, started following her when she was just 17 years old and he was 30 years old. According to TMZ, she claims that he visited her USC sorority home while looking for her.

He also appeared at one of her(Natalia Bryant) classes, according to sources familiar with the matter, and was spotted wandering around the premises.
Kobe Bryant’s photo and an unsettling comment were both included in a direct message Bryant said Kemp sent her on social media.
Kemp reportedly responded,
“Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully We Can Birth Him… “Kobe,” according to TMZ. In addition, Bryant claims he added a red heart to the statement. According to TMZ, according to court records, he allegedly expressed to Bryant his desire to have “a Kobe-like child together.”
According to the filing, Kemp has at least four misdemeanour arrests and/or convictions, one of which involving a firearm. There was no mention of Kemp’s legal counsel.
According to the filing, Bryant’s request for a restraining order was supported by USC campus police and the Los Angeles Police Department, and Kemp’s actions had caused Bryant “severe emotional distress.”
According to the restraining order request, Kemp must remain at least 200 yards away from Bryant, her residence, place of employment, institution, car, sorority house, and the USC campus.
The next hearing is scheduled for December 14.
